The class 60th birthday party in late April-early May in San Francisco was an unqualified success, with nearly 100 classmates on hand to recall the past and toast the future Master showman Walt Knoepfel, ably assisted by Roger Brett and Ken Zuhr, put together a dizzying array of activities, from Napa to North Beach, from Beach Blanket Babylon to Barry Bonds at Pac Bell.

Among the attendees were Wayne and Kathy LoCurto, who seem to be the class leaders with a dozen grandchildren (any challengers?). Wayne is coaching Tuck students on interviewing and networking as a "Career Services Fellow."

Jim and ElizabethLustenader also went west. Jim, who has cut back to three days a week at marketing services consultant DVC Group, is taking courses at that college located in his hometown of Princeton. Liz is writing for the new bimonthly Bucks (as in the county) magazine.

In other publishing news, Ted Temple is involved in the introduction of the New Jersey-Jer-sey Coast edition of Nor'easterMagazme. And Will Morgan and Ned Pratt have collaborated on AbramsGuide to American House. Styles, a book due out at the end of the year.
