In this month's news is word that Dave Reingold is a member in the chemistry department at Juniata College (per capita, the nation's second most prolific source of chemists), having returned East after two years at Lewis & Clark College in Oregon.

In the legal department, Peter Phillips writes that after graduating from law school two years ago, he settled into life as a not- so-young first-year associate on Wall Street at the firm of" Cahill Gordon & Reindel where, he notes, "some theater folks may remember, Jim Marks '69 is a partner. Wife Elaine Bramba and five-year-old son are doing well she [at last writing, having performed] in I'm Not Rappaport on Broadway, he is glad that dad is finally out of school."

Speaking of theater, the silver screen, and the like, the year before last, Carol Dudley completed casting for the TV mini-series "Amerika" with fellow Dartmouth alum John Lugar '70, who was co-producer of the series. Also, Dan Chodos '73 worked on the production as dialogue coach and Pete Syvertsen '75 appeared in the series as one of the actors. "Unfortunately," Carol writes, "the reviewers reviewed the politics of the reviewer, not the actors' performance."

Jim Knox reports that having taken the big step several years ago into sole practice, at last writing he was mostly involved in divorce trials and personal-injury work. His stepson, Flash, turns 11 in January and daughter Mattie celebrated her third birthday in August.

After leaving his partnership in the law firm of Cobb and Oldfield, Bob Lotz also started his own firm, in Covington, Ky.

At last report, Sally and Bob had two sons, and Bob was still performing on the harmonica. Two summers ago, he performed in concert in Eden Park in Cincinnati and, the following fall, he appeared in a performance with the Danny Morgan Band in Ft. Mitchell, Ky. Among the albums on which Bob performed are "Beach Life" (The Danny Morgan Band), "Trackin' with Bobby Mackey" (Bobby Mackey), "You're Cheatin' on Me" (Mark Lee), and "His Hands" and "Travelin' Preacher Man" (Rev. R.A. West).
