It has been learned that Edward Dillon Rich, after reaching his 90th birthday without too much difficulty, fell and broke his hip. This necessitated a month's stay in the hospital and while there they inserted a "pacemaker" to improve his circulation. He is undergoing therapy to enable him to take care of himself days.
