The 1966 Alumni Fund is at the halfway mark. Our quota for this year is up from last year as the total objective is larger and so needs a greater push from those that are left. 1909 ranked 56th out of 75 listed in total giving to the College up to June 30, 1965.
George and Florence Hinckley will cele- brate their 49th wedding anniversary on May 17. The Class extends its heartiest con- gratulations to them.
Mrs. Benjamin H. Dudley (Mary) has moved her lares and penates to Upton Court, 630 East Avenue, Rochester, N. Y. 14607. She has reported that a previous commitment may prevent her attendance at reunion. We hope she can change it and make Hanover in June.
Mrs. Robert M. Stone has returned to her home, 10 Wood Lane, Winchester, Mass., after spending the winter at Sarasota, Fla., with her daughter Ruth (Mrs.) George G. Collins. Bob's son Edward H. II '41 is serving as one of the assistants for 1941 on the Alumni Fund drive.
Vernon and Charlotte West have returned to their home at 117 Foreside Road, Falmouth, Me. 04105 after spending the winter at their Delray, Fla., home. Dutch's health is much improved.
Stanley and Ella Leighton spent part of January, February, and March at Delray, Fla. Plum and Dutch West enjoyed deep sea fishing together and caught some dolphins.
Edgar S. Chappelear has returned from his Clearwater, Fla., apartment and is at his home 40 West Elm St., Greenwich, Conn. 06830.
Prof. Curtis M. and Helen A. Hilliard have returned to their home 23 Wall St., Wellesley, Mass. 02181 after a winter spent in Florida.
Mrs. A. Gordon Weinz (Grace) has recovered from her broken thigh and is able to give up the walker she has had to use for three months.
Mrs. Ellen C. Richardson, widow of Ralph, is convalescing at her home, 614 West 8th St., Claremont, Calif., after a gallstone operation.
Mrs. George K. Goodwin (Anna) is staying with her sister and reports herself hale and hearty although she celebrated her 81st birthday on Feb. 4. Her address is Rt. 3, Box 330, Dade City, Fla. 33525.
Becky Childs writes that her mother's sight is somewhat improved but not as much as they had hoped for so that she has to read the MAGAZINE and Diddings to her. Jack's son John lives in Pennington, N. J., and his son Steve, now 16, is playing Jack's banjo. How Jack loved that banjo and those reunion nights when he would sit there by himself and strum the old tunes. His grand daughter Leslie Childs is 11 years old and enjoys life as much as he did.
Classmates will be glad to hear about Art Sclioppelry's two sons; William A. is a marketing consultant and manager to the California home furnishings and fashion industries and a part owner in two firms; Richard is a Creative Group Head for the Los Angeles firm of McCann-Erickson Inc., ail advertising agency.
