Bertram J. Hauser has resigned as vice president of Mutual Broadcasting System and has become a consultant for Hardy Burt Productions.

At its recent annual meeting, the Boston Patent Law Association, an organization of the leading specialists in the field of patents, trademarks and copyrights in New England, elected Cedric W. Porter president. Ced is a partner in the newly formed firm of Porter, Chittick & Russell. Incidentally, Cedric Jr. as a halfback was a star on the Noble and Greenough School football team the past season.

Rufus and Sidney Stevens had the harrowing experience of a head-on collision in the early winter when another car came into their lane. Rufus escaped with shock and strains but Sidney suffered a concussion and the fracture of both kneecaps. She was hospitalized for a month and then was able to be about on crutches.

Jack Aborn saved the life of a jockey outside the gate of the Narragansett race track when the jockey's sports car burst into flame after crashing into a parked car. Seeing the flames as he drove by, Jack ran to the car and managed to wrench open the door on the driver's side. He then pulled the unconscious man out of the car and dragged him to safety. Seconds later both vehicles involved were enveloped in flames. Jack had been at the track in the line of duty as sports writer for the Providence (R. I.) Journal-Bulletin.

We who have experienced the pleasure of the mid-March gatherings in Hanover are planning the repeat performance on the 1956 dates of March 16-18. Fifteen couples attended this informal class reunion last year and all hoped to return for it in 1956. We shall be happy to be joined by any others who will come. We recommend it highly as a weekend that is pleasant and relaxing. There is no regimentation. This year it will be a warmup for the big and formal reunion in June. Sufficient rooms are being held for the class at the Hanover Inn for the March weekend but bear in mind that each must make his own reservation by communicating with the Inn and you will be wise to do it early. That weekend in Hanover should have a particular appeal to parents of undergraduates but it will be fun for the rest of us, too.

Len Morrissey has the 35th Reunion remarkably well organized. An early mailing can be expected. Remember the dates are June 11-13 (Monday-Wednesday) and reserve them.

An informal West Coast reunion of '21ers at the Clift Hotel, San Francisco, recently brought together (l to r): seated, Reg and Sylvia Miner, Irene Keyes, Sally Wicker, Marguerite Garfien Connie Keyes and Jack Garfein; standing, Red Kerlin, Jim Wicker, Rowene Kerlin, Kenneth Wallick and Guy Wallick.
