There's another '50 mini winter reunion available for your enjoyment in Hanover, February 19-21. But we're going to report on a few others last year.

KANGAROO KAPER: Jim McCrum calls himself the "Furthest Far-Flung Fifty" writing from P.O. Box 53, Tweed Heads NSW, Australia 2485. He retired after spending 31 years as a college representative for American publishers (and growing a very distinguished mop of hair on his chin). Jim will devote himself to tennis, golf, swimming, and hosting '50s who attend the Bi-Centennial and World's Fair. But he may also make his bi-annual trek to the U.S. next summer or fall, and is hereby admonished to check in with us On The Plain.

A year ago two of our class went Down Under for a month and a half to consort with Jim. Bruce and `Avalon Hazel ton went there from Cumberland Center, ME 04021 (Box 67A), since they had the time in their retirement mode. Bruce sent me a list of his activities, affiliations, and accomplishments that is awesome. Suspect he'd accept this summary: four children (three female) and four grandchildren (sexes not revealed), and "We have lived through all the changes at Dartmouth with difficulty but we are encouraged with the new."

The other voyagers who had to set a record for furthest far-flung reuners were Dickand Nancy Wallace (1167 Dixon Lane, Rydal, PA 19046). Dick is a consultant for Cargill and made 19 business trips to Australia before taking a vacation there.

ERRATA: Having suggested that members of The Rotten Core at Tuck '51 could reveal their inequities to Bill Cross or me, in an errant ecumenical effort, we gave you an out-of-date address. Please note that you should confess to him at 388 Guard Hill Road, Bedford, NY 10506. And since Judy was also kind enough to straighten us out on additional info, we can report on ... .

NUPTIAL NOTE: Gene and Carol Ulrich surrendered and allowed Lisa to marry a Yalie, Chris Stout, last October 3. Well, at least that should add to the attendance next year at The Bowl.

BOSTON BASH: Barbara and Jack Kent were good enough to admit that they attended the 25th anniversary celebration of the opening of The Hop in The Hub. "Bush" said Jim and Sally Farmer were in town for a seminar and "full of zest for life as ever." Only three other classmates were observed, all of whom you know.

RACKETEERS: Nels Graves and BillyDann began playing squash together you know when, if not before. Now they've won the 60+ national championship. So where are Tommy Ringe and Rick Miller when we need them?

KAUKA KAMALI'I: Cal Sia has received another deserved award for his child-advocacy work. Honolulu pediatricians gave their accolades for Cal's efforts at preventing child abuse.

Which is about it for this go-round. See ya again somewhere between Saint Paddies and Easter or Arbor Day. But you could send something to the Alumni Fund meanwhile. Yais???
