The Palm Beach Club postponed its January meeting to February 1 to hear Vice President Orton Hicks '21 and were rewarded by a fine talk and a heightened appreciation of Dartmouth objectives.

H. Joseph McDonald '51 presided at the head table with Mr. Hicks and Nathaniel Leverone '06. Among those present were: Herbert L. Gildan '54, William A. Lee '36, Donald E. Law '15, George B. Davidson '13, Frederick Eaton Jr. '40, Lewis F. Erckert '24, Stuart H. Hicks '41, Henry S. Marcy '15, Robert C. Winship '49, Gustave T. Broberg '41, Whitney Cushing '39, Robert H. Sanderson '11, Maurice C. Avery '13, Harvey J. Sevigny '36, Wilbur L. Taylor '10, John R. Hofstetter '37, Harry Tanzi.

Following the meeting Mr. Hicks and a number of the alumni visited the studio of Whitney Cushing '39 to view a showing of his paintings.

We meet the third Wednesday of the month at Testa's Restaurant, Palm Beach. All visiting alumni are cordially invited to join us.
