It is pleasant to report that we have news from a few. Nice letters from: Charlie Batchelder, Penny Aborn, Gertrude von Lenz, Page Junkins, Maddy Maddalena, and Ellsworth Buck. So, we now know that the Aborns and Nickols were at Hanover for the opening game. Scotty Jones kicks in with six years' dues to the 50th reunion, with the gamble that he is good for at least another year. No gamble with Mat Hallett. He should be one of our healthy ones.

Jesse Stillman is busier than ever with that acre of ground. The best part of it all is that there is a choice, and when. Ted Main should be home when none other than Harold Brown stops off at Cocoa Beach. Up on the Cape at Osterville where Sig Larmon stops during the summer, Lize Wheelock had a 1914 greeting as a new resident. Howie Fahey and Art Maddalena were there, too. No one seems to enjoy retirement more than Art Maddalena, because he lives within a stone's throw from his son and daughter, and a nice pond where there are fish, and a swim when the fish pay no attention.

That is all that I could get from the letters, and until response improves, such is the limit.

But maybe we can make minimum space with some thinking about class records. Penny Aborn has forwarded the scrapbook, class movies, and all of the records, and it now seems a bit of a job to exercise my secretary's license, aiming for a formal minute bookj and of such quality to be worthy of presentation to the College when the last of us has gone to his reward. Such are the suggestions of one Ellsworth Buck. Off the record, he has a point, and I will carry on that way; but to do a good job, I'll need the help of anyone of you with an idea. Suggestions are in order.

Now, please do not forget Charlie Batchelder.

And, one more very important thing. A very Merry Xmas to all of you.
