There were three representatives at the January Dartmouth smoker in Washington: "Buck" Freeman, "Husky" Wilbur, father of five children and grandfather of three (two of his boys are in service) and "Chip" Semmes. Chip is back here with the first group that were returned from his outfit under a War Department policy of returning those . who have had combat service. He is traveling about the country looking over outfits getting ready to fight. He saw his youngest son play football at Episcopal High, Alexandria, Va., which reminded him that three years ago he had four boys either playing or warming a bench hoping for a chance to get in. Now they are in service.

Ros Powers is living at Sunside, Greene County, N. Y., and we hope for news before long. Collin Wells is more than busy in New York with the Czechoslovakian Relief and is most enthusiastic about the work.

To catch up a bit on Bill English's family in Lebanon: Theiss married a college classmate at Tufts, in July, 1942, Charles R. Tibbs Jr., a chemical engineer, and their daughter Theiss was born on August 30, 1943. They live in Reading. Bob was married in November, 1940, to Elizabeth Ward of Yarmouth, Me., and their daughter was born May 30, 1943. Bob is in the Army Air Corps now, at Miami.

Louis Foster has been somewhere in England. He is with the United Seamen's Service (American Merchant Seamen's Club), operating hotels and clubs. He has been supervising the operations from place to place and expects to move again soon. He can be reached care of War Shipping Adm. Fleet P.O. 100, U. S. Navy, New York City.

Joe C. Grout has come East from Winchester, 111., and is a department manager at L. Bamberger, Newark, N. J. He is living in New York at 130 West St.

Clif Clarke in Haverhill, Mass., is rounding out thirty years of Life Insurance underwriting this next fall. Agatha Lee, Clifton Jr., Bobby and Jimmy are all well—that's something for this year.

Walter Haley is in the Post Engineer's office at the new Cushing General Hospital, Framingham, Mass. At his request, he was transferred out there from the Army Engineers' office in Boston.

Theo Jewett made an air trip to California in December to see the new granddaughter, Thirza Hunt Wright, Betty's daughter. As Steve was somewhere in California, he hoped to find him also.
