The family circle has again been broken by death, this time taking the wife of Tim Lynch. "Detta" attended our tenth reunion and most of the reunions since. She had been in poor health for several months. The funeral on September 20 was attended by Barney, Clark, Donahue, and Irving.
Your secretary was much gratified to receive notice of his election last June as a member of the executive committee of the General Association of Alumni for 1943-44. The notice contained the interesting information that about forty graduates attended the June commencement, instead of the usual fifteen hundred.
